“The Green” uses yeast collected from" Sauvignon Blanc "which is one of the wine yeasts and varieties of white grapes. When fermenting and distilling this yeast, we are able to meet alcoholic fragrance, refreshing tasting quality.
It feels just like white wine , with moderately sweet and sour taste.
