In its one-hundred-year history, my shochu brewery has earnestly walked the way of Kuma shochu since 1903.
Now we made modernized factory responsive to the changes of the times. However, the technical tradition has been handed down as to the essence of shochu making.
Our products are made from rice, malted rice, and water only. They are free from sweetener, aroma chemical, and other additives.
We aim to keep producing suavity and tasty shochu to your hand, and we do our best to make it richer and safer by day-to-day work.
I sincerely hope this marks the beginning of a long and prosperous relationship.
