100% pure orange mikan juice from Ito, Shizuoka prefecture.
Balance of acidity and sweetness from pure orange juice.
Using only the Mikan grown in Ito city.
Ito Mikan (Citrus unshiu) is so sweet and a bit sour. We're particular about peeling by hand and squeeze only pulp, for the taste of original sweetness and sourness of the Mikan.
We use no flavouring and sugars at all for original taste of the Mikan.
